Vanessa Bellan is a Haitian-American jewelry designer with a career spanning since 2011. Over the years, she has worked on jewelry teams for designers, production houses, and also served as a consultant to emerging and established designers.

Her connection with jewelry has roots in her earliest memories, when she crafted beaded earrings and necklaces as a young girl, selling them at family yard sales in Massachusetts. As a professional in the jewelry industry, she began crafting her own personal pieces, which quickly garnered attention from friends and strangers. This led her to explore custom orders for clients alongside her other endeavors.

In 2015, Vanessa took a significant step by launching her first capsule collection, “Enteresant,” which was a compilation of the pieces she had created for herself over the years. These designs showcased her passion for minimalistic, clean, yet edgy aesthetics that could effortlessly complement everyday wear.

The year 2019 brought a profound personal loss, as she grieved the passing of her daughter. To channel her emotions, she turned to her craft, envisioning pieces that her daughter might have cherished on her life’s journey. This transformative process culminated in the re-launch of her business in 2020, now known as V.BELLAN, commemorating what would have been her daughter’s first birthday.
