Dr.Tanya M. Trippett
Dr. Trippett is a pediatric oncologist at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She specializes in the care of children with lymphomas and cancer that has returned despite prior treatment. She is the co-founder of POETIC (Pediatric Oncology Experimental Therapeutics Investigator Consortium), a collaboration between multiple centers around the country whose mission is the development of biologically-targeted therapies for cancers that have resurfaced in children. She is also involved on the national level in the Children’s Oncology Group where she serves as Chairperson of the Hodgkin’s Biology Committee and Vice Chair of the Hodgkin’s Disease Committee. Dr. Trippett has received several awards for her work including getting named a Diamond Member of the International Association of Pediatricians and The Leading Physicians of the World in 2010.
