Requesting a Return

Please contact us before sending an item back. We will review your request, confirm whether a return or exchange is available under the terms of your purchase, and provide instructions. Please retain the item, original packaging, and proof of purchase while your request is reviewed.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item. Include photographs where applicable so our team can assist.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any approved refund or exchange will be confirmed by our team. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider. Please do not ship a return until you receive instructions.

Special Purchases and Partner Websites

Auction items, experiences, tickets, personalized items, and other special purchases may have separate terms stated in their listings. Purchases completed on a partner website, including Wrapped in Love, are subject to that seller’s return policy. Please contact the seller directly for assistance.

Donation Questions

Charitable contributions are handled separately from merchandise returns. If you believe a donation was made in error or charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the transaction details. For cryptocurrency donation assistance, contact The Giving Block at support@thegivingblock.com.
